Join our Touch Rugby (ages 10-12) program in partnership with the Columbia Valley Tigers rugby club for a fun, safe, and engaging introduction to non-contact touch rugby! Over five weeks, children will develop teamwork, agility, and sportsmanship in a supportive environment. Cancellation Policy
1. Registration & Payment Registration is required prior to participation. Payment must be made in full before the first session unless a payment plan has been arranged. Taxes will be added to all listed prices. 2. Attendance & Cancellations Missed sessions by participants are non-refundable. If Valley Sports Hub cancels a session (e.g. due to weather, facility closure, or instructor illness), a make-up class or credit will be offered. 3. Refund Policy Refunds will only be considered if requested at least 7 days before the first session. No refunds will be issued once a program block has started, except in cases of medical reasons (doctor’s note required). 4. Participant Conduct & Safety Participants are expected to listen to coaches, show respect for others, and demonstrate sportsmanship. Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund. Parents/guardians must inform Valley Sports Hub of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs on the registration form. 5. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of their child. Valley Sports Hub staff are not responsible for participants outside of scheduled program times. Late pick-ups may result in additional charges. 6. Liability Waiver Participation in physical activity involves risk. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks. Valley Sports Hub, its coaches, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage of personal belongings. 7. Photography & Media Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes (website, social media, print materials). Families who do not consent must notify Valley Sports Hub in writing at registration. 8. Communication Program updates, schedule changes, and important announcements will be shared via email. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and up to date. 9. Homeschool PE Specifics Homeschool PE sessions are designed for individual skill development as well as group play. Parents are encouraged to support participants in practicing skills outside of sessions. Valley Sports Hub is not responsible for meeting provincial curriculum requirements. 10. Agreement By registering for Valley Sports Hub youth sports or homeschool PE programs, parents/guardians confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these Policies and Terms & Conditions.
